Our Team

  • Mark Crowhurst

    LinkedIn

Mark began his career as a robotics and automation engineer before transitioning to a career in financial services in 2010.

He worked at Deutsche Bank on the Fixed Income Trading team, where he ultimately had responsibility for the Australian Dollar Interest Rate Swaps book.

After leaving Deutsche Bank, he wanted to capitalise on his financial services background but return to the problem-solving he missed from engineering. He founded a consulting firm with the aim of ‘helping businesses solve their most complex problems’.

This has seen him interact with and provide customised software, automation, business intelligence, market making, and general strategic consulting services to a wide array of businesses.

His client base includes owner-operated businesses across a range of industries, which has given him insight into the passion and dedication of successful owner-operators.

He also sits on the management committee of his local non for profit volunteer run sailing club, which allows him to use his skills to give back to the community.

At Continuity Capital, he hopes to tie together his diverse background and passion for people to continue the life’s work of impressive owner-operators who have built great businesses.
